Urban Center Lift Station Update - The City of Irving is investing in its future by improving the wastewater infrastructure in the Urban Center. Due to flooding events along the Elm Fork Trinity River in 2015, and resulting backups from the Trinity River Authority's (TRA) wastewater collection system, damaged Irving’s wastewater collection system in the Urban Center and continued to cause concern for future operations. The Urban Center Lift Station is designed to alleviate these issues.
