IBAC’s “Urban View: Contemporary Art & Design” - The Irving Black Arts Council celebrates Black History Month each year with a showcase of local visual artists.  This year’s exhibit, “Urban View: Contemporary Art & Design,” features the work of five artists: Johnathon Foster, Kirk Garnett, ShaLana Mitchell, Kevin Owens and C-Ray Rayson.  The exhibit runs in the Irving Arts Center Main Gallery through February 28. For more stories like this one, watch About Towne on ICTN.  For more information on ICTN, visit http://ictn.tv/
