About Towne – October 22, 2009 - In this edition of About Towne we’ll have highlights from The Great Harvest 2009, benefitting Irving Cares and we’ll bring you some great fall gardening tips with Wade Chambers of Chambers Nursery in another edition of Clare Miers’ Cultivating Style. We’ll meet Irving native Josh Meek and visit his haunted house Dallas Scare Grounds, for a little Halloween style chills and thrills and we’ll also talk with Jeannie Almond of Elm Fork Shooting Sports about a new childhood obesity initiative, “No Kid Left Indoors,” coming up Saturday,, November 14.
