Interview: Journey Harris – Irving Chalk the Block - When is the last time you drew pictures on your driveway or sidewalk with chalk? When your kids were little? Maybe waaay back when you were a child? Well I bet I know the next time you’re gonna draw pictures with chalk: June 20th and 21st during Irving Chalk the Block. It’s a great way to help Irving celebrate the beginning of summer! To help get you inspired, we had a chat with local artist Journey Harris about her chalk art (you might have seen it at the Irving Convention Center, recently), and I’ll tell ya – she’s pretty inspirational.
