About Towne: September 22, 2010 - On this edition of About Towne: We’ll meet kinetic sculptor Mineko Grimmer to talk about her site-specific installation “Gongs.Wires.Bamboo” at the Irving Arts Center… We’ll attend the 20th annual Great Harvest, benefiting Irving Cares… And Kimber Westphall checks out the new exhibit “Unconditional Love: the 2nd Annual Juried Pet Art Show,” sponsored by the Irving Art Association We’ll also talk with Bob Gooding and Cathy O’Donnell about the Entertainment Series of Irving’s 2010-2011 season and opening concert, featuring the Vocal Majority.
