Ray Cerda Book Launch - Ray Cerda retired as Director of the Irving Parks and Recreation Department to end a long and respected career with the City of Irving. He found himself at a crossroads in his life and…he took the turn. We never suspected that he was a writer. But he is and he followed the old adage “write what you know”. The title of his book is “The Life I Didn’t Expect”. I think he knows what he is talking about. This is Susan Stephens’ report of his book launch party. Congratulations Ray.
