Ruth Paine Returns to Irving to Discuss Former Houseguest Lee Harvey Oswald - Six decades after the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, former Irving resident Ruth Paine returns to her former home in Irving. In 1963, in an act of kindness, she invited new parents Marina and Lee Harvey Oswald into her home. She had no idea that Lee Harvey Oswald was hiding a rifle in her garage. That rifle would be the one he allegedly used to kill President Kennedy. The Ruth Paine House is now a City of Irving museum, and it's open to tours by reservation. Learn more: https://www.irvingarchivesandmuseum.com/ruth-paine-house-museum
