The Negro Motorist Green Book Exhibit - The Irving Archives and Museum hosted the Negro Motorist Green Book exhibit, created by the Smithsonian Institution Traveling Exhibition Service (SITES.) It is an examination of “traveling while black” during the Jim Crow and early Civil Right Movement eras as well as the impact of the Green Book as a guide to remain safe on the road.
