Interview: Compassion Fatigue Class, Sharyn Fein - Non-professional caregivers in our society are a special group of people. They make time in their lives to attend the needs of others, often close family members, who cannot do everything on their own. The service they provide can range from casual to intensive, from an hour or two to 24/7 care, and this can come with a cost. Sharyn Fein joined Cathy and Diana Pfaff with news of a class at the Heritage Senior Center that helps these folks recognize and deal with the stress they encounter in their service.
