Sapp Sapp - The folks responsible for the restaurant level reputation of an Irving market have opened a new restaurant in the Heritage District of Irving. Sapp Sapp is on Main Street, just across the parking lot from Big State, and the talk among foodies is that this place, with its Lao and Thai home-style dishes, is a MUST HAVE on your list of regular places to eat.
