The Ginger Man Chili Cook-off Benefitting EPIC - The Ginger Man, in Las Colinas, features patio dining on the shores of lovely Lake Carolyn, very tasty food and a selection of beers to tempt the most discerning of…beer tasters. But it’s not ALL skittles and beer, as they also have a real interest in helping to make their community a better place. So they help raise funds for deserving organizations and causes. They did just that recently with a chili cook-off to raise money for EPIC (I think that is short for animals in need). Here is Susan Stephens’ report. For more stories like this one, watch ICTN.
