30th Annual Texas and Neighbors Art Exhibit - The Irving Art Association has been helping local artists develop for a long time. For an example of just how long they have been working at it (and just how effective they have been), you can look to the Texas and Neighbors Art Show, held every year at the Irving Arts Center.
