Father’s Day Kite Flying 2018 - When we think of the Irving Parks and Recreation Department, we usually think of athletics like soccer and football and softball and swimming and biking and basketball. But while the physical activities can grab your attention, there are a few, less well known events that touch the sweet and sentimental in all of us. Father’s Day Kite Flying is not for everyone, non-fathers, for example, but it does serve a part of our community in a wonderful and touching way. You should check it out.
