Re-Discover Captain Nemo’s - When I was in college, there was a sub shop that had the best steak and cheese in town, maybe in North Texas. Did you know that a college boy can live on submarine sandwiches? Yup! and I proved it. They have grains, veggies, meat and dairy - everything in the food pyramid except ice cream (which is a part of the food pyramid if you look). Imagine my surprise when I got a job in Irving and drove past my favorite sub shop about 40 miles from where I expected to find it. Did you know that a grown man can live on submarine sandwiches?
