Seniors for Seniors Pet Adoption Program - Irving Animal Services is kicking off a new program to help some older pets find homes. Most people who adopt animals want little puppies or kitties. Pets who are five years old or older are considered "seniors" and are tough to place. but this new program is finding some a perfect match.
